    DELIVERY

    Namana offers worldwide shipping. All orders are sent via UK Royal Mail. 

    UK

    We offer Free Standard Shipping in the UK (3-5 working days)

    You can select the Express Delivery at checkout: 5.99 GBP (next workind day)

    Rest of the world

    UK Royal Mail International Priority: 3.00 GBP (7 to 11 working days*)

    UK Royal Mail International Tracked: 5.99 GBP (5 to 7 working days*)

    *Royal Mail relies on worldwide postal services so, although they strive to deliver items in the given timeframe, they cannot offer a guaranteed delivery time or compensation for delays or missing Track & Trace information.

    Orders received before 14:00 on a working day will be processed on the same day. All other items will be processed the next day.

    International Tracked or International Signed items cannot be sent to PO Boxes except in the Middle East and Africa.

    All prices specified herein are inclusive of VAT. Where required, buyers may be liable to pay local duties and any other taxes on the supplied goods. 

    Any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

    RETURNS

    If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We offers a 30-day money back guarantee to make shopping as easy as possible. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. Unfortunately, return postage fees cannot be refunded.

    Items must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition that they were received. Namana will not accept returns that have been worn. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. It is advised that any returns are sent via registered post, as namana cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Please ensure that the address is written clearly on the package and relevant paperwork. Returns should be sent to Anakao Jewellery Ltd, 108W Sterling House, Langston Road, Loughton, IG10 3TS (UK). Confirmation of receipt will be sent by email.
